Status: Beta, available by request. The GetAccept integration is currently in Beta and is not self-serve in the Settings UI yet. Functionality on the backend is complete, but enabling it for a workspace is a manual step our team handles while OAuth app registration is wrapping up. Contact us to switch it on for your account.
The handoff from sales to delivery is where agencies often lose the details: signed scope, client context, payment expectations, timeline assumptions, and who needs to plan the work.
BreezeLeave connects GetAccept signed documents to clients, projects, documents, and capacity planning so a signed deal becomes structured work instead of another message in a channel.

What goes wrong after a deal is signed
- Signed documents do not create clean client or project records.
- Delivery starts before someone checks team capacity or PTO impact.
- Project documents, retainers, and payment details are not attached to the work.
- Sales, finance, and delivery each keep their own version of the handoff.
- New work skips the capacity gate and overwrites committed delivery slots.
GetAccept handoff features
Client and project sync
Create or update clients and projects when signed documents arrive from GetAccept, with the right owner, type, and contacts attached.
Unplanned work intake
Land signed work as unplanned first, then move it into the project planner when capacity is confirmed.
Signed document context
Keep signed files and supporting documents attached to the client or project record so delivery can see what was actually agreed.
Finance and delivery handoff
Carry commercial context into retainers, project accounting, payment schedules, and planning views.
Capacity gate
New work waits in the unplanned queue until a PM places it into a delivery slot that matches PTO, holidays, and existing project load.
Audit trail
Handoff events are recorded as audit entries (created_unplanned_from_getaccept) so the path from signature to project is traceable.
A cleaner sales-to-delivery workflow
- A proposal or contract is signed in GetAccept.
- BreezeLeave creates or updates the client and project record with the right context.
- The project stays unplanned until a PM checks capacity, PTO, resources, and timing.
- Delivery, finance, and account owners work from the same client and project record.
- The unplanned work moves into a planned slot once the capacity gate is cleared.

Yes. The integration is available by request while OAuth app registration completes. Customers cannot toggle it on themselves in the Settings UI yet; contact us and we will switch it on for the workspace. Once enabled, GetAccept sync can create or update client and project records and attach signed-document context for delivery handoff.
Reach out to us with the workspace details. Our team enables the integration on the backend, provisions the per-company webhook secret, and confirms the webhook URL with you. The Settings tab will go self-serve once GetAccept marketplace registration is complete.

Yes. Signed documents and related files can stay connected to client and project records for delivery and finance review.
Yes. The system records a created_unplanned_from_getaccept event so account leads can trace the path from signed document to project.
No. Proposals, contracts, and signatures continue to live in GetAccept. BreezeLeave reads the signed event and turns it into structured delivery work without changing the sales workflow.
The integration updates the existing client record rather than creating a duplicate. New projects are added to the client portfolio with the signed document attached.
