Yes. If you have 10 people or fewer and one company entity, the Starter plan is completely free. No trial period, no credit card, no expiration. When you grow past 10, you upgrade to Pro.

Anyone with an account (employees, managers, HR, admins). We don't charge differently by role. If someone is deactivated, they don't count toward your total.

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your admin settings. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Yes. Project Operations is an opt-in add-on you can enable at signup or anytime from your billing settings. Existing subscribers can add it without changing their base plan, and removing it is just as easy.

The Project Operations add-on includes a 14-day free trial. You get full access during the trial period and are only billed if you keep it active when the trial ends. The base leave management plan continues as normal regardless of the add-on trial.
